Walk without getting attacked by mobs EPIC

Not sure if this is a repost or not, i searched and got nothing.

Basically, here's the video.

Basically, you walk backwards, holding 'S'.
While doing this, you alternate between holding 'A' and 'D' to turn left and right.

This makes mobs follow you, but they are incapable of attacking you.
This is amazing in itself, because you can line it up so that you can make swings at the mob, without it attacking you. It's great for kiting things back to city guards.
Great for hunters aswell.

Tired of kiting mobs around, only to aggro like 5 more on accident?
Using this method, you can stay in a tiny area, still achieving the same efficiency.

This does work with melee, you just have to be good at doing it.
As shown in the first video, where you see a Paladin* doing it.

first its not his video know that for a fact and it works on normal servers i do this all the time definitely a fun one but i think a lot of people know this already and the way you worded your title made it sound like something totally different so might want to fix that.

Well, if it works that looks like an awsome exploit. But you didn't make the video, so no +rep, sorry. FRAPS yourself doing this for conformation and then you'll get more +rep.

I thought this had been posted about a year ago and said to be not working... but I've never tested this exact method myself, so nice. I still just stick with the strafe spamming for running but i may not have to run anymore if this works.

No rep tho since that looks like a copy paste, especially since the information about hunter 5 yards is out of date since their deadzone's been removed.

This is good for soloing the low level elite mobs and whatnot.

okt his is only good for hunters and it takes a little time to master cause you cant melee them but it does work.

What's up with the blue question mark on the chicken? I thought when I did this quest (few days ago) it only have me an exclamation mark, grayed out question mark then a yellow one. lol

2. It works, just tested it. Retail. You won't get attacked but you're always out of range to attack with melee.
