Use other faction services

The other faction portals made me think it could have more than that function.
Currently i noticed you will get +rested xp in alliance towns as a Zombie, and you can read alliance books (Journal Page is in Darnassian, however i could read it as a Zombie)

EDIT: you can see when the other faction is gettin an achievement.

EDIT2: Opposite faction wanted posters are usable by the opposite faction

No, since all wanted poster quest need to turned in at the NPC, you can't turn in the quest ( if you can get one ) since zombie are hated by both Horde and Alliance. NPC won't talk to you, they'll whack you instead.

I still havent found a quest, since most of them are flagged by races...
And as i said in my Allerian section i found out Outland cities are neutral to zombies.
Only guards are hostile. so simply avoid or zombify guards

Confirmed cities are:
Honor Hold (dangerous though because they also have hostile stormwind infantry
Allerian Stronghold
Telhamat Temple
The mushroom city in Zangar
The harborage in Zangar
The night elf city in Blades
and the Engineering station in blades (dangerous though. it is full of guards and they are ranged, but other npcs are neutral)
Kurenai city in Nagrand

This was done as a horde player.
