Zombie Instant Full Heal

Once you're a zombie for the WotLK scourge invasion, just swap a piece of your gear. Your health will instantly return to full.

Keep in mind that you can't swap your weapons in or out of combat though; you'll get an error about being "disarmed".

So if i swap gear i heal, but i cant swap weapons.... how is this useful because if u get caught as a zombie, everyone chases u down till ur dead (My server sucks)

Mostly useful for when you've gotta run a ways without any brains to snack on.

If you dont have any weapon equipped while turning into a ghoul then you acctually can use weapon switch to heal your self in combat to full.

You can barely solo anything as a zombie (nothing above level 60 at least), unless they're letting you kill them.

What me and a couple of buddies did was that we invaded Crossroads, killed every guard and player there. Then we moved with a player army of about 20-30 players to Durotar and spread havoc.

Zombies are designed to work in a team, all your abilities stack and/or are group buffs (such as having +movement speed rotations in a group of zombies to have nice speed all the time) or spamming your Mangle on the same target to turn him in to a zombie MUCH faster. And let's not forget cloud stacking for imba regen to tank anything basically.
