[Exploit] Cast spells without the skin!

Hello guys,

I tried to search, didn't get any results, and I doubt this is only client side. Well here's the trick.

1) Find a Monster NPC/ Player.

2) Click on him, and start casting anything i.e. Frostbolt.

3) While casting spam Right Mouse Click on him (simulates attacking)

4) You'll notice the skin (or however it should be called) of frostbolt didn't appear ,
however you did damage. If this isn't just Client side, it could help shooting people and run away untracked ;-)

Don't know about private Hmm. A nearby guy in Deathknell told me he didn't saw the spell appear :\ Well must test once more :P Altho you don't see it yourself and its still pretty funny to play with it ^^ You can trick some friends, or even make videos showing you are illusionist o.o?

Lol I think this works on portals too, try it near Gamon, the portal probably wouldn't appear but you would still hear that "Shhhhh" sound of it, hehe.

This is client-side.

I just tested this on 2.4.3 Live, while dueling a priest. The priest could see my Shadow Bolt projectile flying, whilst it was hidden for me.

I proceeded to start nuking boars, and once again, it was hidden for me, but the priest could see it.

Not an exploit.

Too bad this is entirely useless in every way, shape and form. Unless you were making a PvP movie and wanted to show you getting massive pyroblast crits but whoever's watching the movie wouldn't be able to see it.
