1. put Don Carlos' Famous Hat on you head
2. Use it and summon the little coyote
3. mount on your flying mount and fly up a little bit, dont fly to high or the coyote will dispell.
4. find someone and fly above him so your coyote is on the ground next to him
5. annoy him with it
