[Exploit] Mind Control Exploit

So I was running shadow labs tonight with my guild

on the boss that mind controls-- I realized that if I hit the button for arcane missles right before he casts mind control-- I would continue to attack the boss-- and not attack members of my group for the duration of the arcane missles spell!

This comes in very usefull as I was the only DPS on the boss during that time and my group members lives as well

Dunno if it works with other bosses and other spells-- but I think any spell that takes a while while casting should work

My friend told me it happens, a few days ago, with his rogue. We thought of a bug.

I think it has to be any channeled spell, and you must start casting it before you are mind controlled. Nice trick !! Something with a looong channel time would be great, as the boss would be wasting his mind control.

A bit disappointing, but it makes sense. How you would know when he will MC is a different problem as he yells after he MCs.

Not a bug. This always happens. Sometimes you even run up to the guy and start hitting him for a few seconds when your mind controlled. It just takes some time before you start attacking your teammates instead
