Power Leveling with thorns....

This is not tested only though of, my reasoning for that this will work is that if you pull a large amount of mobs in lets say in stockades with thorns on and you do not damage them then if they die by thorns they will die and you will not be able to loot them because technically you did not damage them.

My theory is that if get a druid to get alot of mobs down to like 5% with thorns and then drop group the toon that AoE'd them down will get full experiece for each kill.

So, your saying too put a high level buff on a low level = profit.

Blizzard is a little bit smarter than that, they made it where there is a level cap for each buffs.
Now blizzard is stupid and say.. your 70 shaman lays a totem in a group.
You get that.
But thorns, I don't think so.

I just read it again, but I still have the same conclusion that blizzard fixed that.

he means that a 70 druid will pull all the mobs, and then a low lvl will AoE them
might work, but that thorns do just 25 dmg,

You get the XP of how many damage you did so if you get a mob to 95% and pull him to a guard, you will most likely get no XP

how will thorns do only 25 dmg....the druid puts thorns on himself.......it does more than 25 dmg doesnt it?, than the druid gets msot mobs down to really low % health, he takes off thorns so it wont kill any, and leaves group, than the lowbie following him around will aoe all the mobs with low health down and get full exp for each kill...........................................................................

this CAN work kinda but not with druids and you will need to find an oldworld shaman or a new world one in a guild that does a LOT of oldworld instances
...check out what an 8 piece set does The Ten Storms - Item Set - World of Warcraft and yes it DOES get put on lowbies ( or it did as of jan this year) because my guild (horde) had a shamie who would dress up and run around buffing baby orcs

All the flamers need to read the damn post.. This is a nice exploit, though I thnk it will take too long for the druid to do 95% damage with thorns for this to be an effective XP/Hour, unless you pull shi* loads of mobs.
