Use Teron Gorefiend as your pet.

You all now the quest in SMV where you turn into Teron?
well when you transform instead of killing the draenei use your telescope and you pop out of his body.

You get back into your own body and have Teron under your name as a pet.
and all his attacks above your attack bar. (like hunter pet)
move a bit to the right and kill those huge lizards and elemental as he hacks trough those like a hot knife through butter.

This happened to me before it bugged me out i couldnt move or do shit his spells wouldnt work i had to open a GM ticket and like 2 hours later i was finally able to move (yes i closed wow using the little x and alt f4 and i logged back in i was still bugged so yea)
