Regain your Gladiator title season after season.

Been lurking here for a while, haven't shared anything so here's my chance. Not sure if this is a repeat, if so, I apologize.

Anyways, If you have gladiator, you can get it next season (even if you didnt make the cut that season) easily.
My friends and I did this after season 1 since we didnt make the cut technically for s2 gladiator.
The process is simple but obviously, you have to have attained gladiator in some previous season.

1) On the day before the titles are distributed, after the season ends, have your friend use a proxy to log on your account and delete the character that has the title you wish to retain.

2) Wait until the new season titles & mounts are distributed

3) Log on your account and petition a GM saying you were hacked and your character was deleted.

4) They will investigate and see a foreign IP logged on, then they will reinstate your character to its state EXACTLYwhen it got deleted.

5) Since you had Gladiator when the character got deleted, when they restore it, the title will be there.

* This is confirmed and was used by me for S2, and we'll be using it again this season to keep our titles. Good luck! If you need any more clarifications, lemme know.

Would be interesting if someone could test this but also have the friend delete the arena team with your highest rating if you're the team captain.

Then you could petition for your team back and you'd start the next season with the old rating? So if you had like a 2100 team, insta 2100 rating for the next season?

Cant you just delete it yourself and say that you had regret deleting it? Because they do give characters back unless it was 30+ days ago and/or someone created a character with that exact name on the same realm after you deleted it. Saying you got hacked only compromises your account (as in it may get banned) aswell as your friends account if he has one.

Just say you deleted it by mistake, if you say a friend deleted it then your account might get locked (compromised lock) or you might get a warning for sharing.

Also what Heftydogg said will not work, Game Masters will never restore you into an arena team and even if they did it would reset your rating.
