[Bug] Frostwolf Howler

The frostwolf howler mount obtained from AV does not incur a global cooldown when used like other mounts. Im not sure if this can be abused in any way i just thought it would be interesting. Im not sure how to record this in a picture and it would be to much work to fraps it >.>

Mate, go try and contribute to the site before you start telling people what they found isn't a bug. This is a bug and gratz on finding it yourself

no this is NOT a bug, this have always been like this, and probaly it will always be like this, and even IF it was a bug, it's completly useless, i've tryed all thinkable stuff with this, and nothing came up, found it to useless to post.

It is not working as intended, therefore it is a bug - hence an exploit if you use it in your favor, which of course you can't.

But saying it's not a bug is just wrong.
