    Easy way to juggle torches

Okay, this is for the juggling torches event during the Fire Festival. You stand by the bonfire (which you must be standing next to in order to begin). You click the Torch in your bags and a casting bar will appear on your screen. As soon as the bar hits 0 seconds left and you see the torch shoot into the air, click on your mount. You will be able to run to the spot the torch is going to land on your mount (because the first torch always stays in the air for a decent amount of time). Now you will be on your mount and can juggle all 10 (or four, depending on which part of the chain you are on) while on your mount.

NOTE: I have only tried this on the epic land mount which is 100% speed, I do not know if the 60% will allow you to reach the first torch in time before it hits the ground.

    Breakdown:
    1. Click torch in bag.
    2. Wait for casting bar to hit 0.
    3. Mount up.
    4. Run to the torch before it hits the ground.
    5. Your character will catch it and throw it into the air on his own while mounted and continue to be mounted.
    6. Enjoy easy mode.

NOTE 2: I know people are going to be like OMG this isnt an exploit, but no one ive talked to has known about this. Also the debuff you get for failing the torch juggle takes 5% of your health, so it appears that blizzard was trying to make it so that higher level players had no advantage over lower level players, like blizzard does for most holiday events. Because blizzard did not intend for this to happen and you are using it to your advantage, it is infact an exploit.

Also for the other fire torch quest, in which you throw the torches at targets, if you put the torch on your hotbar, and use mouse to aim, then you just click the number it is assigned to on your hotbar, and click the correct target...That made the quest alot easier for me.

In closing... Figured I would finally post something and stop being a dirty leecher...been reading mmowned for a while, and it owns! Much Love.

Thanks for the info , I find it very easy to juggle torches by just following the shadow of the torch!

The point of this is to allow you to move to the shadow faster, which would allow you to do the run easier. Also the shadow doesnt appear for some people (graphics on max, its just a glitch). Instead I did a birds eye view so that I was looking at the top of my characters head, which allows you to see which way the torch is going. Then you can run to it.

And its great if you can do this event easily but seriously...no need to post it. This is for people who are having trouble.

How does this really make it any easier? Sometimes they're really picky about having to be *right* under the torch to catch it, I would think it'd be harder moving faster, easier to run past, less precise.

Just do it in Exodar, if you're alliance. no more than one or two others ever there on my realm, small space, so it falls relatively fast, and near, and it's bright, shadow easily seen.
I'm geeky enough to play on Linux...
