Blackrock Depths - Banner of Provocation - Evade Easy Mode

Hey guys! Here goes my third by-chance-discovered exploit.

My wife has a level 50 Shaman and we decided to start farming the BRD Arena for this set

The Gladiator - Item Set - World of Warcraft

Since I did the Tier 0.5 quest chain from way back when, I have the required item

Banner of Provocation - Wowhead Search

Keep in mind this exploit also works for the usual BRD arena bosses.

Anyways, the Banner of Provocation 5 man event is actually still quite challenging to solo even for a well geared level 70. However, for some reason two walls in the arena are very very easy to climb. Assuming you take the entrance that does not require the use of the BRD key, the walls immediately to the left and to the right of the entrance are easily climbed.

Why is this is so helpful?

a) Because one player (the low level) can climb the wall and remain completely safe during the event and

b) More importantly, the mobs associated with the Banner of Provocation quest will often target that low level player and simply stand in the arena doing nothing of consequence while the level 70 player picks them off one by one.

The result? Easy loot for a lowbie who might be trying to get great gear for their level. Screenshot below

The mobs do evade a bit, but I had little trouble getting them to attack me once I tried. Hope some of you find this useful for loot or just good fun! Enjoy
