[Exploit] Nifty arena tricks - Comabt Messing.

Sos, i'm guessing that most people here understand the basic, wait 4 seconds power up holy light - then spam drink thing.

Well on my resto druid (Around 2k rating) I found out that if your in prowl, charge up a regrowth - spam abolish/lifebloom key whilst spamming your drink/shadowmeld key you will do all 3.

How can this work?

Well today in 2v2, we met a mage rogue team who, as you might expect, nuked the hunter untill I came out then sheeped him and swopped to me.

After getitng owned the 1st time i decided to regrowth him, abloish ( So he could move ) and then shadowmeld.

Well it was fun see'in them waste cooldowns, vanish, sheep dr. and then not be able to find me :P

I'm sure this can help someone, and i'm sure the technique can be (ab)used in many other ways as well.

kind of like the cannibalize/stealth macro trick for rogues, or the LOLmeld/multishot trick... nice find none the less

uhm, i suppose you meant cyclone instead of sheep. but anyways nice tip, i heard of spellcasting and drinking instantly after, but the thing with shadowmeld is new to me and it's probably nice for n11 druids using this +rep

he doesn't mean cyclone, the mage sheeped his hunter(him) and they both switched to him(druid)

Anyways sucks for me cuz im a tauren druid

Excatly what I meant , I need to work on my clauses a bit more I think.

Well since generally casting two spells on your in combat friend would put you in combat, i.e. no shadowmeld.

So awesome that I had to try it out, and it indeed works.
On my druid I only managed to Regrowth -> Shadowmeld+Drink, though. If I tried to add in a lifebloom things would fcuk up.

Yes it can be hard to click lifebloom and then spam drink.

I find that if I have lifebloom bound (I have it ias 1) and then spam the drink macro

(/cast shadowmeld
/use Star's tears)

works alot better.

Most healers that are going up already know this trick.

Go OOC, heal friend in combat, spam drink.

Not complicated, and i've found it to only really help when there's significant range between you and your parter, and the other team is stupid and never does anything about you.

Then again, i'm a tauren....

Yes that is why this combines TWO spells, AND, a shadowmeld, AND a drink.

Not a new exploit - just a new twist.
