Messing around on my 70 mage today, runnin some people through an instance when i realised that if you have ice lance in your main interface ( 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 etc) and repeatedly and alternatively tap it with "t" ( my attack button, its a default so should be obvious) the flight of the ice lance is hidden. Could be useful for pvp as they can not directly see you casting anything at them, although You decide.
