[Exploit] Dupe Epic Items!

So today i accidentally gemmed the wrong socket into my head item.. So i paged a GM telling him about what i did, and he told me to wait.. so i did.. about 4 minutes later, he sent me in game mail with the exact same item, but this time, with no gems in it...

i don't know if this works all the time, or if it was just a one off thing.. but it worked for me! Rest assured, i sold that item he gave me for 2k gold on auction house! (Belt of the black eagle)

idk if its with the new patch, but you can now resocket gems just bye putting a new gem in it. So now the gm's would tell you to do that instead.

You guys havnt heard of belt of the black eagle?! you can equip it on your head you noobz! :P aha im bullshitting about it being belt of the black eagle, but this seriously happened with spellstrike hood i said it was belt of the black eagle so that i could say i made gold :P But i didn't, because i PHAIL

You could always do that, And i didn't want to lose the gem i already gemmed into the socket
