[bug] Skip Kael'thas long speech in mgT

kinda useless, but for those of you who do speed runs for rep can start kael w/o having him do his speech

all you have to do is when your fighting the last trash pull before kael, kill all the mobs except for 1, get the last one down to 10% health or so and go attack kael

he will skip his little speech and start fighting right away.

nice, but im not into speedrunning and like the warcraft stories .. but this is good for speedrunners
