I don't think you can bypass the VIP, but maybe someone will buy it.

ones u could kill a vender, eg in STV. Then w8 for respawn and buy again. But i think its patched

Step 1) Find a where a vendor spawns.
Step 2) Buy the limited supply item.
Step 3) Go to war with the Vendor.
Step 4) Kill the Vendor.
Step 5) The Vendor will respawn.
Step 6) Rebuy item from the Vendor.
Step 7) You will loose rep but it's still helpfull.
