The shell of a server:
- Custom lore
Based on the evolution of the human race.
You will leap trough time, and shift timelines faster than the blink of an eye.
- Profession Based.
Almost all of our custom content is obtained trough crafting.
You will gather materials in your journey trough the Astral realm. You will then use these materials to increase the capabilities of your character.
Even though, gear is not obtained trough quests, we still have a massive questline for each of our custom zones.
These questlines are used to obtain some bonus gold while also getting the feeling that you're actually advancing trough the timeline of the human race.
- Trading System
We are aiming at creating a player based economy.
Almost all of our gear is non-soulbound.
We encourage players to sell materials and other goods to the rest of the community.
- Game modes
Hardcore and Asendancy.
After completing our tutorial zone, the player will be given a choice to continue playing in either softcore or hardcore.
Softcore: No risk, no reward. A game mode that we're all used to, the way we've always been playing this game before.
Hardcore: High risk, high rewards. Upon choosing this game mode, you will be given a buff which increases all of your stats by 75% and grants you 250% increased movement speed. This buff will stay with you until you die. The drop rates from are custom automated loot are increased by 20% for all players playing in hardcore mode.
Upon dying in hardcore mode, you'll character will be returned to the start of the game, with all of his item's and gold removed. We do not recommend hardcore mode for first timers on Astral, considering that some of our world bosses have very unique scripts.
Ascendancy:
Upon completing our latest content, the player will be given a choice to Ascend.
Ascending will return the player to the start of the game, refresh all of his quests, and remove all of his items.
Ascending will grant the player a buff which will increase all of his stats by 20%, while also increasing all of the damage the player takes by 20%.
Currently this buff stacks up to 5%, but this may change along the way, as we release new content.
- Plaza's
Dalaran is our main area. It's used for everything.
All of the profession trainers, suppy vendors, custom creatures and quest givers are located there.
We loved the feeling of going into Dalaran during the prime time of the Lich King era, and we are trying to bring it back.
- Scripted World Bosses, Dungeons and Raids
Most of our custom world bosses are smart scripted.
Almost all content on other haste servers is soloable.
We are trying to change that.
Our world bosses and some bosses in dungeons require atleast a group of three people to take down.
A tank, a dps and a healer, we are bringing the holy trinity system to haste servers.
- A balanced haste server.
Paladins are no longer on the top of the foodchain.
We are aiming at making all classes equal. This is a really hard task, since casters will never be as powerful in PVE as melee classes.
We have modified a lot of talents and spells to try to achieve this goal.

• Exported textures from Cataclysm and Pandaria up to patch 5.4.8.

• Custom gear.
• Custom quests.
• Custom items.
The server is still quite young, and it has just recently left the beta testing period.
A lot of work was put into the server over the course of the last year, although most of our custom content was created in the last 3 months.
The core has been worked on since July 2015.
The server can be a bit confusing to new players, since it runs on a really unique system which was never seen before.
Reading quests makes everything a lot easier.
