Q.) Why is this called a "Tribute Server"?

A.) Because that's what it is. Unlike most emulated servers out there, Frostwind enUS exists to pay tribute to official World of Warcraft retail servers. In that respect, we aspire to keep it as true to the game's original content as possible. We keep custom content at a MINIMUM, and aside from it being 3x rates of everything from drops to experience (10x rep & honor) that's what it is. Let's face it, true 100% "blizz-like" is good..but a tiny little nerf like 3x rates doesn't deviate from that path too much and doesn't make the game feel like an endless grind.

Note: This is an emulated server, so you can expect to run into glitches every now and then, just like any emulated server. If you encounter any problems, submit a GM ticket and they will be solved as soon as possible.
Quality truly is of the utmost importance to us!

Where we stand out is that glitches will be fixed in a timely manner. Growing our content is LAST priority, server stability and likeness to official servers our first priority and is KEY to developing a stable Blizz-like server.
