Trinitycore 4.3.4: How to make custom items

Hi, me and some friends have started a server, but have a problem with making of custom items.
We make a custom item inside the DB, and when we try it ingame none of the stats work. It only shows 4+ mana or something like that.

We were wondering if we have to add something to the core? If so, what?

    Customs look like this, basically:

Or maybe we're doing something wrong?
