Create custom talents/modify existing ones?

So I have been looking around on the internet searching for how to modify talents or create custom ones but I came up with dead sites, domains down, tutorials gone or outdated stuff etc.

So here I am asking if any body knows and can explain nicely to me? It is for 3.3.5a

You will have to modify the client. I think all talents are technically spells, so you can just find them in spell.dbc and edit them there.
