I keep getting this error and IDK why but it is not showing me the tools option or what everyone else is getting?

I know this is not custom items but it is part of the topic where it is connected to custom items as I wanted to change a line of code in the source to allow the server to have extended stat values that is not provided in the AC Web repack. Another help in solving this issue is a link to a blank repack that allows the extended stat value for over 37k stat value but is blizzlike so all the npcs in the correct place for a blank server that could be built on.

I found a repack that allows the stat limitation to be no problem but now I am playing through and testing all the achievements to make sure you can get them all and came across the barber shop one and it crashes is there any known fix that you can apply on any repack without having to compile a new source code?
