WoW Private server repack?

I need a 4.3.0 repack that has all quests working and a blizz like server. Idk what to use and if there are any out there please post the dl link.

I want a MoP repack with pendaren starting zone fully working and every new pvp thing 100% bugless.

On a more serious note, there's no 4.3 server avaliable and certainly not with all quests working. No server has 100% working quests.
Afaik the most advanced cataclysm core project is from skyfire emu. They only provide limited support for 4.2.0 so don't expect any 4.3 repack soon.
