[Request] World Editing

Hey peeps,

Im looking for a program where i can build my own "World" or "City"
And i hoped i can add some water around it, even when its high in the air.

And can someone please explain to me how to add it to my private server, or make a Tutorial/ReadMe ???

If any of this isnt possible, please let me know!

There's 1 in development. Look in the model editing sections and it should answer your questions. This is the emulation section, not ME (model editing).

As Stoneharry pointed out, it's a project in development, meaning it might not do what you want it to do (yet). There's also an older version of YiasEdit available with more functions, but it might be outdated and doesn't work as smoothly as the new one.
