Cant attack mobs.. plz help

Anyone know why i cant attack mobs with my ArcEmu server i even have Collison=0

Make sure:

You don't have .gm on, on.
You're not .invisible.

What do you mean you can't attack the mobs? They don't react? You can't hit them?
