whats the Best 3.3 pvp private server

Im pretty much looking for a pure pvp private server where you instantly get level 80, and then work your way up by doing bgs,arena ect. I guess it has to be 3.3 for me since my game version is 3.3.

Pretty much what im looking for is a server like WoWLegacy, except better or around there.
