Is there a way to stop Wowemu hacker from working?

Im sick of people hacking with wowemu hacker on my server is there a way to protect my server from people using it?

No, Simple answer.

What you can do is Enable the log system and log hackers who get disconnected for speed hacking, teleporting etc, So you can ban them.
