Login issue with Mangos 3.13

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie here, this wow emulator is kind of a new thing for me, and I got a little problem with it, whenever I try to login in and start the game, it gives me this message:
--Your account is authorized for the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, but the computer you are playing on does not contain Wrath of the Lich King data. To play on this machine with this account, you must install the Wrath of the Lich King. Additional data is available at : The Official WOW website....

I had updated my patch to 3.1.3.9947(this is the latest one, right?), any idea what the issue might be? I followed the step by step Installation Instruction, and extracted the map files(recommened option during the mangos installation). Did I miss something else?

Do you have the Lich King expansion?! If you do then try stepping back your core revision or updating it, try a different database for mangos, make sure you have the right account flags.

I believe 3.1.3.9947 is the latest expansion patch for wow(which I had installed), about the methods you mentioned above(stepping back core revision or updating, different database for mangos and right account flags), honestly, I don't quiet understand what's it all about, and I'm just a beginner about emulator stuff (pretty complicated for me though), but I'm still trying to learn it and to make it through, hope I could get there someday. Thanks for your help anyway =^_^=

You need to download Wrath of the lich king, or change your account flags, They can be changed in the accounts table of the logon database
Execute this query on the logon database

UPDATE `acounts` SET `flags`=8 where `login`='YOURUSERNAMEHERE'

Well, I'm not sure if I have the Wrath of Lich King expansion, after I installed the game, it's around 10.8GB(I probably don't have the expansion, heard that should be around 16GB). Can someone tell me where I could download the Wrath of Lich King expansion?

Just another curious question? Since I'm missing the expansion, how come I could still update my patches to the latest version 3.1.3.9947? Those are two seperate thing?
