Spamming Trouble

When I check our arcemu-world file I can see that something is spamming a lot on our server. My problem is I don't know what to do to find out where, what and who is doing it.

It may be that someone is entering and exiting the instance 740, not sure though.

Map entry 574 is Utgarde Keep, no clue what is causing the spam though.

Just checked in navicat, under worldmap_info.

The problem is most likely withing the worldmap_info in db or within the maps file itself or somone is just messing with you to piss you off. (if its a pub server or your causing it if its not a pub server)
