How to make Custom NPC's

Hey, I have a WoW private server, WoWUltimate, and i was wondering if somone could make a guide, telling me how to make a teleporter, and if there was a guide on how to make an NPC showing Donor items so they could see them, but not be able to buy them, so they can have an idea of what they will get with VIP....

Look around for guides before you post please. There are hundreds of guides describing how to make different teleporters. And for the donation items you can just make a new currency and make it unable for players to get it. The players will see the items like they cost nothing but when they try to buy it, it will say that they don't have the requirements.
