Well, you can always get a safe and new client for WoTLK from:

Client and Patches - WotlkWiki - Wrath of the Lich King Information

This way you dont have to worry about viruses (if you use blizz downloader) because it is directly from blizz.

The site itself has some other links to the newest client and I scanned them all and didnt find a virus.
