WoTLK cannot .fly or mount epic flyer [mangos]

Ok, so i followd the WOTLK server guide it worked and i got ingame. but inorder to get to the nexus and naxxaramas you have to be able to fly. and i cant summon my epic flyer (idk why i click it and he just stands there doing the use animation with no cast bar) and there is no .fly command from what the repack and command things says. so wtf? how do i fly?

make sure its the right command and you enable gm

Its obviously enabled. Im using the administrator account. and their IS no fly command.
