[Request] Magister Terrace Door Help

I have a 2.4.3 server that i need help fixing a few problems I have run into. The first one is the door after the first boss in Magisters Terrace. Once he is killed the door will not open. The only way around this is turning on GM mode.

The second issue is the Runes in Molten Core. They are not interactable. I cannot use the quintessence on them to douse them.

Third is the Timed even for ZA. Once I spawn into the instance the doors are open. There is no way to start the timed event. Also the doors to Hexlord are closed. They cannot be opened.

Is there a fix for any of these. If so what is it and how do I implement the fixes.
