Issue with Fishing after updating Rev

Well i just finished updating server from 735 to 897...

It works perfectly np at all.. except one thing.

on 735 I could at least cast line in water ( i know its pointless as there was no bobber)

on 897 no matter where i stand and click fishing it tells me it didnt land in fishable water and doesnt even toss out the line..

Im only asking cause my 4 year old son likes to pretend hes fishing and the visual makes him happy LOL

But if someone knows how to fix the problem altogether that would be amazing as well
