Instances not Working

I've searched the forums for an hour with no luck, maybe I am just doing it wrong because I know I've read a post about it before, but I can't seem to find it.

When I try to enter an instance the loading screen just flashes and then nothing happens, this occurs with every instance.

It also says that the Normal difficulty setting is not available for this instance (and it says that on every one as well)

Any ideas?

There was another post about this very same issue a few days back Try using .gmon and entering if you can its because you need to be in a group or raid .. You can edit a table in the database that alters what group or raid you need to be in to zone into a specific instance..

No, it will say you need to have group,
forgot what, but i think something in the database is incomplete, or the core, because it should make an instance for you. Forgot which tables you need to change.

Yeah this randomly happened to me today (although a report showed that it started yesterday)
I have yet to find a fix as, nothing was modified.
At first this happened and I removed my LUA scripts and they worked. Didn't work this time though.
You might wanna try moving your LUA scripting (if it is on) as it worked for me the first time =\

No I dont have Lua scripting on. I know on my last server The Sunwell just randomly started doing this for a couple days, but then it fixed itself, this however is different because all of the instances don't work. I think I'll try recompiling it and changing the DB.

It's a DB problem.
Tried 2 different servers.

I'm looking to fix now =\

EDIT: Seems to be ONLY Black Temple...
