Vmaps and colision

Hi there, Im hosting my server and would really like to add the vmaps
and enable colision. The problem? Where can I get vmaps or an extractor? I've did several search and found no link to get an extractor.

If you are using arcemu then:

Edit: Ok made it work but now I got an orther problem. Blink from mage doesn't blink at all, it do the effect and the visual but no
teleport. Is there a way to fix it and have a ''retail'' like blink?
