Sessions are for example 3 bots running on 3 wow accounts. 1 Session = 1 wow window + a bot.

This thread is old so the promotion has surely run out. You can try ask for a trial over their email or look for a possible trial session in their news section on their forum, as OP already stated in a few comments.
