WoW Cache Converter, Used to get other servers items, and such.
Information about this tool:
-This tool allows you to select a *wdb file, or cache file from your wow folder and take all of the cached items, objects, creatures, quests etc from other servers. So if you want all of the weapons from AMD-WoW (no adv.) all you do is go in game and look at items, close wow and open the cache file and convert it to SQL.
Once you've done this, open the SQL folder and there it is.. add those to the DB you have and now you have the items, or what ever it was you chose to cache.
Hope you all like it.
UPDATER CACHER, NOT FOR 4.2 Yet!!
Update: 7/13/12 -- as I have returned to the emulation scene, I am overly determined to update this for 4.3x and all other cores, i.e., TC2 and Skyfire etc. Perhaps even for mists support we can work. However, that'll be decided in time.
Here's an updated link

Pretty cool, didn't know the cache stores enough data to make something like this feasible. +Rep

Yep, its slightly out of date, the up to date version should be trinity compatible, though I am not positive.
Thanks for the positive feedback.

Yes, you get the stats look, entry id, etc.. with 0 effort on your part!

You said the most up to date version should work with TC2...
Where can we obtain the most up to date version?
Edit 1:
Just realised it is an svn comit. Although it cannot find the
Edit 2:
Untill then I will attempt to convert this version to match the structure of the TC2 database. If I do I will release with full credits.
Up to now I have made it insert into the correct DB structure, but it is messing up with getting the data from the WDB file >.>
