nice work but make sure to add a amount at the end of the command
like
.npc vendoradditem (item) (size of stack)
if you do not it will make the item unlimited
like if you want a person to buy 1 at a time just put a 1 on the end of it

yes and if you put an item into the inventory that you didnt want and you do .npc vendorremoveitem/ .npc vendordeleteitem once you do a server restart the item that you took out will still be there you have to go into the database and fix it there

well you can also just type .reload items
