Is there any special way I should be setting up MySQL? Because when I go to the control panel it says this...

(1)MySQL
(2)Apache
(3)Logon
(4)Ascent

When I go to click (1)MySQL is starts up and says this.

MySQL could not be started
Press any key to continue . . ."

(PS: I currently don't have MySQL on my computer and need to download it.)

Make sure your port 3306 isnt blocked with a firewall or anything, also if Yahoo Messenger is running or skype close them then try.

it already comes with ac-web repacks, just make sure abt the port and firwalls and then restart, it will work.

I'm guessing you mean restart my computer. I will try that and tell you guys the result later tonight. Thanks for all the help.

nah, i meant retstart the server, anyways if it still doesnt work, then it means you have missed a step, i recommend you to read a guide, instead of watching a video, you can watch it after you have read the guide, just to chek.

go to C:\AC Web Ultimate Repack\Ascent" open the file called "logonserver.conf" and look for the text "<Client MinBuild = "6739" MaxBuild = "6739">. And change MaxBuild = "6739" in MaxBuild = "9999".
