How to get into high rating RBG groups without the rating

So hope im posting this in the right section. Im sure you guys see the RBG groups that always say 2200+ xp any season. If you just link them the achieve, even if you haven't earned it 90% of the time they invite you to a group.

It's how ive been getting my 3 weekly rbg wins fast and get my rating up.

"Clever", but this will only get you so far. At some point the grp/leader will check that achiv.
I remember when my guild used to do RBG pushes, and whenever we needed a pug we checked them.
Either its quite wierd that a person has 0-2400 in a single day or none at all, but GL using that method
