Hello,
i want to show you how to create a quest in trinitycore.
i will create a quest where we have to kill NPCs and later a quest we need nothing or a item.
First the kill quest.
Open Navicat -> world -> quest_template
i tell you only the worth for the column we need.

entry - the Entry ID
Method - 0 = automatic accept / 1 = deactivate / 2 = dont automatic accept but it is activate
level - the recommend level for the quest
minlvl - minlvl for this quest
maxlvl - maxlvl for this quest
RewardXPid - i dont know exactly what it mean but when the quest is for lvl 80 i use "80"
RewardOrRequiredMoney - the reward money when the quest is complete
RewardMoneyMaxLevel - the money we get when we're lvl 80
RewardHonorMultiplier - when you dont want Honor for you quest, write 0 !
Title - the titel of the quest
objectives - the objectives of the quest (example: speach again with me)
details - the details of the quest (example: click on me again and to get your reward)
end text - the text when we end the quest
OfferRewardText - the text when we end the quest when we choose our items for example. i dont know whats the different of "end text" and "offerRewardText" :/
CompletedText - the text when we have completed the quest (example: when we have the item that we need for this quest, then the text is "go back to .... "
RequiredNPCorGo1 until 4 - the id from the npc we have to kill
RequiredNPCorGoCount1 until 4 - how often we have to kill the npc

that is the basic structure of a quest.
so i create my own quest.

Method - 2
level - 80
minlevel - 80
max level - 80
RewardXPID - 80
RewardOrRequiredMoney - 500000000 (50.000Gold)
RewardHonorMultiplier - 0
RewardItemId1 - 49623 (Its shadowmourne)
RewardItemCount1 - 1 (i get 1 shadowmourne for the quest)
Title - Welcome on my Server!
Objectives - Turn arround and kill 5 Cows. Then come back to me.
Details - Welcome on my Server, $N ! (On the place you write $N there will be the name of the player)
endtext - empty
CompletedText - Congratulations! You done your first quest!
RequiredNpcOrGo1 - 60005 ( that is the ID of my NPC i have to kill)
RequiredNpcOrGoCount1 - 5
