WoW this is complicated >.<
I've tried every single way... reading and finding the exact Guild lines to make custom vendors, items etc.
I got my private server Downloaded from the forum post from the link below

DL the non premium one. Done everything as said then when I try to do the custom items and vendors and what not it doesn't work as the guide says.

Anything wrong I've done here?..... I am thinking it might be the DB or the this probably aint update or something.

Hmm. Are you saving it or opening it? The batch file from creating the vendor / items. Because you should save it, then go to your database and extract that file into your DB.

main problem with these files is the "NAME"field should be "name1" also check that ur item id hasnt already been used, those are my 2 biggest annoyances

thanks for this, just one thought, you do know when all people you know on private servers makes custom items, with use like Use: "Made sure by Belbi Quikswitch to make everyone look attractive!"

i did execute it and got an error this is the error i get

Just type ".additem 34570001" to get the item.

samething, Trinitycore and MaNGOS cores are almost the same database.

just click on MaNGOS

How Do U Change The Name Of a Already Made Vender?

Find the program Truice(for trintycore).
Open you MySQL up.
Log in, with (this is the default log in)
server: "127.0.0.1" or "localhost"
Username: "root"
Password: "ascent"
Port: "3306"
and the last one just choose at characters = "characters", and the same for the others.




choose Creature.


type the name of the vendor.


find it, and double(leftclick) click on it.


type in the name you want it to be.(you can also make a subname to it) and click "Show Creature Template script"


here you can execute the script/code manully or make the program do it.
