i made this and all credit goes to me and no one else.
1.download
Download staffapplication.zip for free on uploading.com
2.edit config.php and put your db info in it.
3.execute this sql table into your realmd database

CREATE TABLE `form` (
  `entry` int(11) unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
  `ingame` text,
  `name` text,
  `age` text,
  `position` text,
  `why` longtext,
  `time` text,
  `experience` longtext,
  PRIMARY KEY (`entry`)
) ENGINE=MyISAM AUTO_INCREMENT=3437 DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1;

4.post the folder into your websites root folder.
that is all you have to do....to view the results go to yourwebsite/staffapplication/view.php

I believe you added it to the wrong database did you put it into realmd?

i was trying to use this for arcemu lol but i guess you cant

you can just create a database named realmd and execute the query up there

ok i got it to get rid of the mysql error but its not showing any info when you view the view.php

did you execute the quary that is at the top of the page into the realmd database

i fixed it....just switched all the info in config to logon instead of realmd

now that this works it pretty dam sweet. good job on making this!

i thought i fixed it.... lol its not putting any info into the db...i know the ips are right

i was looking at the view.php file a minute ago and i saw that there was stuff on there...so it has to be putting info into the db because the view.php gets the info from the db and the form.php sends it to the db.
