[Guide Mac ] Setup a 3.2.2 Mac server (Arcemu)

I grabbed the files from your download links above your guide then followed the guide. (Many thanks for the guide too!) I downloaded everything for 3.3.2 as no other versions would run, I would always get a mysql error with the 3.2.2 files. I deleted all files and folders and preference files between versions. I am using ArceMux 3.0b rev 3196 on Mac OS X 10.6. I am using ArceMux's default settings. I got everything to work, all "lights" on, now I can logon as admin, create a character in a realm but when I try to enter a world, the bar loader goes all the way to the end, then the client hangs. I can only access it via the WoW 3.2.2 client as when I have tried to use 3.3.2 client it just brings up a window saying "updgrade your account at blizzard". Also, Navicat will not connect to the mysql database, even with your settings. I'm at a loss what to do, any ideas?

Dear all, i have installed and everything is up and runing ( so far im logged in with a mac have not tried a pc yet)

problems :

1) loot - mobs only drop coins and no items? even bosses?
2) raid / dungeons are not loading properly

3) when loging in from a windows machine it will reach to realm list then when you try to log on kicks you back to the realm list.

Hello i'm using mac snow leopard I did everrything correctly, and first of all vmaps don't work, and logon and world aren't blue. i deleted arcemux and downloaded it again thinking it might work, but it didn't. If i am ever able to logon only happened once so far, the window where you chose the realm is blank

Hello,

This is a great guide and for me Arcemux works perfectly. I am using Arcemux 3.2b and would to go to icecrown citadel raid and the frozen throne, but the instance is not there... I am kinda new to Arcemux and since the game files are 3.3.2 shouldn´t i be able to go to ICC?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

For the majority of people having problems if you don't have Snow leopard then it might be the problem, if not run through the setup once more and double check everything, the program for arcemu has been updated since i made this guide so it might be slightly outdated. I no longer use OS X anymore so i can't go through this process again myself.

I'm sorry if you cannot get the server up :[

So to answer my own question... Apparently ArceMux must be running and the server up in order for Navicat to be able to connect. I was used to the Windows platform which does not require that (although I find the OS X platform to be far more stable and easy to set up).

Hope this helps anyone having Navicat trouble.

i just downloaded arcemux and when i try to download anything it just says file not found about a second after i click download, also at the top of the screen it says "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">"

Ffs, man. tell me the programm? i tried 2 connect for like 3 days. i had tried all f*cking codes.. none of them is correct, i'm desperate, what should I do now? Please tell me how 2 connect MySQL to Navicat man!
