[GUIDE] Make a WoW 1.12.x Server [Easy to Setup]

Hey there, been hunting around and trying to get myself a small 1.12.1 server up for me and approximately 10-15 friends, I'm having trouble locating a set of matching tools, such as MaNGOS, a Database and script dev, so are do you, or if anyone else sees this post, have the tools would you be able to link me to an upload or email them? Also anyone savvy with MySQL hosting w/ php that would be available to help, it would be extremely appreciated, the best I've gotten so far is all but the database linked into MySQL, other than that, the hosting connections to the server PC work fine, it's just MaNGOS/realmd that aren't hooked up yet.

1. This thread is 3 months shy of being over 4 years old.
2. Here is the questions and requests forum which has more active people who are capable of helping (including myself): "WoW EMU Questions & Requests". If you post there explaining better, I will reply tomorrow and help you get it set up (it's 2am here and I'm buggered).
