[Guide] Make Accounts Manualy

Hello MMOwned Community,

I am making this guide in order to help the new people understand how to make Accounts on your World of Warcraft Private Server!

This is NOT a guide on 'How to set up a WoW Private Server' Just a guide on how to make accounts on your already made server.

You will need :

- MySQL Installed on your Computer
- Navicat for MySQL Installed
- A WoW Private Server

What you will be doing :

- Adding accounts to your Server's Database!

Sounds simple, huh?
Well, unfortunatly it doesn't seem as everyone knows how to...

So,

Step 1, Start up Navicat for MYSQL.

Step 2, Login with your Username and password (Usally Username : root + Password : (whatever you choose during Installation).

Step 3, Double click on your Server's Database.

Step 4, Double Click "Characters" (Most usual Name for the SubDatabase)

Step 5, Double Click "Account"

Step 6, Where it says "username" add whatever you want, along with password.

Step 7, Move along and you should find sections such as "Last IP", "E-mail"

Step 8, Go to the section that says "gm" and add "az" if you want to be Admin with EVERY command such as, "Server Shutdown" "Server Restart" etc

Step 9, At the bottom, there will be a little "+" sign and you need to click on it, to add your account.


(Here is the Letters/Numbers for Player and upwards)


0 - Normal player with nothing extra.

1 - Normal player, but with a few handy commands for seeing which gm's are online and the status of the realm.
2 - Normal player, but with a few handy commands for seeing which gm's are online and the status of the realm.
3 - GM with all GM powers. (Access to all GM commands)

az - All GM powers, but also has access to the administrator commands, such as shutting down the server, or restarting it.

1 and 2 are the same as you can see

I will add Pictures later on if people like it, no point spending more time if no-one is going to use it

Not nice at all, since without the "Account_Flags" you cannot play... :P cuz then u will get Unable to validate game-version/Or you wont be able to make Belfs or DKs, if TBC/Wotlk

The flag 8 is for TBC and 24 is for WotLK. Don't know about 32 cause Ive also seen that but I don't recommend to use it. I was able to make DKs with it but for WotLK I recommend that you use 24.
