my client 7.1.5.23420 using Arctium WoW Legion Sandbox PTR (7.1.5.x) not working? why is that could ya help me or give my some video guide thanks,

So I've been having an issue with the server part of this. The bnet logs say ERROR_NETWORK_MODULE_FAILED_TO_DOWNLOAD_CERT_BUNDLE and I've read through what you told someone else to do in this situation which was to open the server in a web browser at address 127.0.0.1:8000. When I do this it crashes the server with an exception that reads "hand shake failed do to unspecified packet format"

FYI: ca_bundle.txt.signed is in the server folder but not in the game folder, I've tried running this with firewall, anti virus and all bnet services/programs completely off or closed and have the same result. I am on windows 10. Am I missing some software that I should have? Thats the only thing I can think of.

I can't get it to work on 24163. Always getting disconnected with either BLZ51914003 or BLZ51901021 (on 64-bit) error. The server displays "Client disconnected (ErrorOk)." in the console.
