I'm playing this solo and want to be able to use the cheat commands , like godmode etc,

I've set GM level to 3 but I'm still unable to use .cheat god , it just says unknown command or something similar.

can anyone tell me how to get winkdogs registration website to me an actual address so everyone outside of the network and just make and account and i dont have to make it for them.
