[Release] WotLK 3.x.x Compiles and Database

This will be compiles of new Arcemu revision (3.0.3+ support)!!!

For now i will only release compiles of ArcEmu core and latest WhyDB database.
As soon they release full Wotlk support database i will make repack.

What should be working?
- WoW + BC class trainers + spells which you can learn from them
- WoW + BC + WotLK primairy profession trainers + spells which you can learn from them
- Armor spells which can be learned from some trainers
- Weapon spells which can be learned from some trainers
- Added wotlk playercreate info
- Ah also added worldmap_info
- Areatriggers for dungeons - now all dungeons can be accesed by players
- Recalls for northrend ( i think all zones and some dungeons )
- Redony worlmap_info with all repops
- Starting DK items
